Our Virtual Interior Decorating Process
- Consultation:
We start with a discovery call/virtual process to understand your project’s scope and map the project plan within your budget.
- Concept Board & Mood Board Design:
Receive a design mood board, a full room mood board design, and a shopping list with links to purchase items based on our initial consultation.
- Delivery:
Shop at your convenience using the provided shopping list and have the items delivered to your doorstep.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Floor Plan and Color Palette
- Master Shopping List with Links
- Concept Board; Full Room Mood Board Design
- Designer Direction and Notes
- Styling Tips and Guides
- 1 or 2 Revisions (Based on Your Package)
- Constant Communication with the Designer via Email or Text
CLIENT HOMEWORK FOR VIRTUAL DESIGN CLIENTS:
- Measure Room Dimensions
- Send Photos of the Current Space & List of Items to Keep/Incorporate
- Provide a Collection of Inspiration Photos
In-Person Design Process
- Initial Consultation:
In-person meetings, phone calls, and emails to create a detailed design brief, determine needs preferences, and analyze the site.
- Contract Documents:
After an agreement, a design proposal and contract will be emailed for your review and signing.
- Concept Development:
Floor planning, sourcing furniture, decor, and finishes presented through mood boards, shopping lists, and design visualization. Optional 3D rendering is available for an additional cost.
Note: 3D rendering and drawings are optional services available at an additional cost.
- Install/Styling:
Post-construction, furniture, and decor are installed, with a chance for you to decide on accessories to keep or return.
- Project Completion:
A final walk-through ensures your satisfaction, resolves any issues, and concludes with photography and invoicing.
