Consultation
We start with a discovery call/virtual process to understand your project’s scope and map the project plan within your budget.

Concept Board & Mood Board Design
Receive a design mood board, a full room mood board design, and a shopping list with links to purchase items based on our initial consultation.

Delivery
Shop at your convenience using the provided shopping list and have the items delivered to your doorstep.

Initial Consultation
The Meeting; This stage includes in person meetings, phone calls and emails. In our initial meeting, we’ll work together and create a detailed design brief to determine your needs and wants including your design style for your home. I will be taking photos from each angles and measuring your space to make sure all furniture fits. This is also the time to start analyzing the site location to discover views, sun angles plus talk about timelines and budgets.

Contract Documents
Once you agreed with the design proposal that will be submitted to you via email after the initial meeting, you will be provided with the design contract or agreement for you to sign on your email.

Concept Development
In this phase, initial floor planning begins to develop good flow patterns and add desired features into your home. This is also the phase when sourcing furniture, decor, finishes, fixtures begins and will be put together for you to visualize this design on your space. These will consist of mood boards, full room mood board design, shopping lists with links to buy these furniture, decor, finishes, fixtures. At the end of this phase, I will meet with you to review the initial plans, conceptual design ideas, and an estimated budget to ensure they are on track with the design intent.
-Note: 3D rendering including drawing is an option to buy if desired for an additional cost.

Install/Styling
This is when we get to see it all come together! Once construction is complete if it is applicable, I will schedule a time to take photographs and will install all furniture and décor. At this point, you get to decide what accessories you want to keep and what you want to return. It’s so fun!

Project Completion
After a long journey, the day has finally come for the last walk through—yay! To make sure that you are totally and completely in love with your new home design, I will walk through your space with you and note any deficiencies that need to be resolved, while coordinating solutions. This is also the time where I will take pictures of your beautiful home and give you the final invoice. If you are happy with your new redesign house, it’s the perfect opportunity to give your Interior Decoratinger a few referrals or a raving review!
